Bank, Credit Card and Loan Statements

Total salaries and wages, amount of tax witheld, superannuation contributions. If you are utilising MYOB or Xero datafiles, please confirm you have processed all payroll transactions for the full BAS quarter.(Required)

Accounts Receivables (Trade Debtors)

If you are utilising MYOB or Xero datafiles, please confirm you have processed all sales, invoicing for the full BAS quarter and balance of Accounts Receivable and your datafile is up to date and correct.(Required)

Accounts Payable (Trade Creditors)
